Will you organize my whole party for me?

We are entertainment facilitators, not party planners. The idea would be that your party planner would be calling us. However if you like what you see and want us to organise the whole party (maybe children's theme) then of course we are happy to quote for this.

What exactly will you offer me?

Using the base package as an example- we will come to the venue of your choosing and organise games for your guests to play. Your guests will dictate how many games we get through in that two hours.

Do I have to pay a deposit? When does it need to be paid?

Yes a 50% min deposit is due when your booking is taken. The other 50% is due 48 hours before the party if paying by bpay or cash on the night before we start. If you have chosen one of the packages with the prizes, gift bags or extras and you have more than 20 guests, a higher deposit than 50% will be required. This percentage will be worked out depending on your number of guests. If you are just ordering gift bags or hampers 100% will be required at the time of ordering.

Is my deposit refundable?

If you have to cancel your party and are not rescheduling your deposit is refundable on a sliding scale. Please see terms and conditions

Do I have any choice of what games are played?

Yes. The listed games are just suggestions. If you have a particular game in mind we will endeavor to sort this out for you

Do you do any other areas other then Sydney?

If you live outside of the Sydney Metro area but would like to book us, we will be happy to come. Our travel expenses would have to be paid upfront 100% on top of the 50% deposit for the party. These will be non refundable if you need to cancel.

Can you theme my games, prizes and goodie bags?

Of course!! We will make sure to work very closely with you leading up to the party. Even with the base package we will endeavour to theme the gifts as much as possible. The items for the prizes and gift bags are only dictated by your imagination (and your budget!)

Is the base price going to give me top notch prizes and goodie bags?

Unfortunately not. Base package gifts and prizes will be items at our discretion. You can use our upgrade option for more personalized gifts. Please see terms and conditions for more info on this.

Why do you show a price when so many other sites don't?

We want to be upfront and honest. Each party is going to be unique and to get an exact price will require us to give you a quote. But by showing the base price you can get an idea of where you will be starting from. Any site that doesn't give prices begs you to wonder why-what are they hiding? Not to mention sites without prices is annoying beyond belief!

How many games will I get within my 2 hour package?

Due to the fact that your guests will dictate how many games we get through there really isn't an answer for this. As long as the guests want to play we will play. But if everyone wants to stop and eat , for example, we cant make them play.

Will I get a refund if my guests don't play the games?

Unfortunately not. Reference above, we can't make your guests play if they don't want to. We find that if you pre-empt your guests that we are coming and put aside the two hours for the games to be played that works best. But if your guests find they want to stop in between games that is their choice.

Does your company take photos at my party?

We love to have photos for our gallery page. However we will only take photos and put them up if you give us permission.

Do you just do goodie bags if I don't want to book for the games?

Yes. If you would like us to supply for your party goodie bags, or do a one off personalised gift hamper but don't want to book us for entertainment we can certainly accommodate you for this. Contact us for a quote.
